Day 5 for me today. Will do it tonight after work. It does get easier, first couple of days my legs hurt like hell but today not so bad so something is improving. I quite like the burn it gives me, makes me feel like my muscles are working hard. I am curious to see what Level 2 brings next week.

I got some on the Groupn offer thingy. Yes they make you sweat more. I can't say if they have made a difference inch wise as its early days but they HAVE improved the skin and they are pretty comfy. I am not sure they will make a huge difference I just can't resist a bargain when it comes up and needed new shorts :)

I have lost 216lbs! The skin I am left with is HORRIFIC, there is no other word for it. I am doing all the cardio bits on my mini trampoline to save my knees as they are not good. According to my hrm I burn off about 90 more cals on the trampoline than I did doing it on the floor and waaaaay less pain :)

I did day 2 yesterday and my thigh muscles hurt like hell today but I worked much harder than I did on day 1. I do love that's its only 20 mins though so the end is always in sight! I ache today after day 2 and also have a MEGA headache as trying to give up diet drinks at the same time. Sticking with it though. I have a work training thing after school today so will be home late after a 14 hr day but will make time to do my 20 mins :)

I started yesterday and my legs are burning today so I'm in. Will need all the motivation I can get to keep going as it was tough. Day 2 today when I get home and already need a push to do it!!!!
