I have a few. Left ankle - Butterfly which I got to cover up somthing else. I got it to mark my 12 stone weight loss when I hit that. Left foot - 14 flowers all over my foot to mark my 14 stone weight loss when I hit that! Left shoulder - Kitty cat memorial tattoo for all the ones that have passed. Right leg - 2 geckos…

I have just made them without the choc chips. Came out just 40 cals per brownie and are just gorgeous. THANKYOU

I am just over 3 years post op. last year I regained about 20lb very quickly and easily because I got lazy with it and realised that I could eat fries and chips again. I took back control and have lost that 20lbs and continued to lose and start a fitness programme. I paid for my surgery and wasn't working with it but now I…

I went down 2.5 shoe sizes. I have always had a LOVE of shoes so it meant giving LOTS away and buying LOTS :) I can walk in small heals now which I couldn't before! Always thought my feet and hands weren't fat but clearly they were :-)

They look great. I made sushi for the first time today too. YUMMY

I am 236lbs lighter than I was 4 years ago! I still see a size 34 woman in the mirror sometimes!!!! I still think about going into plus size shops. I can't get my head around being a size 8/10 at all. I went for a massage today and felt fat but I think that's because I am very aware of the extra skin I have. Still waiting…

I finished 30ds on Wednesday. Have just started no more trouble zones. Quite a big jump going from 20 mins to an hour but love it! Could never have done it without doing 30ds first. Have also just got the yoga one so will be trying that too :-) good luck.

I am more aware of my body now I am near target. I have lost 221lbs!!!!! I have massive amounts of skin that needs surgery to sort it and I am COLD all the time. Would I change anything? NO DAMN way :-) I hated everything about being overweight. My list would have been soooooo long lol I love this place :)

At 7 weeks out of surgery I couldn't get anywhere like 1,000 calories into me. Don't worry, it will come with time! I did stick to protein shakes as much as possible, pate, cottage cheese and mince turkey. I was still not on solid foods at 7 weeks but that's just how my surgeon does it, everyones is different. The first 6…

Great brave post. Well done you! I am open and honest about my bypass on here but in real life only 7 people know as it my business and those without weight issues can NEVER EVER understand. Hugs and more hugs to you.

* That I CAN workout and workout hard! *That I should buy a HRM monitor (best thing I did) *To start baking again without flour this time, have made sooo much, its great! * The 30DS, am on on day 25 now and I LOVE IT so so much. *Foods I've never tried before. More than anything I have been introduced to some FANTASTIC and…

I log food for the day ahead (means I know what's for dinner that night!) I don't log exercise until I have done it though as I don't know the 'burn' until I am done. It has become part of my routine now to log over morning coffee :)

I did a bodypump class on Sunday and burned off 500 cals but barely broke a sweat as I just don't get hot. I can run and not sweat, I just don't really work like that as I am ALWAYS cold. It really doesn't have anything to do with how much you sweat, that's just the bodies way of cooling down. Same as a sauna WILL NOT help…

Gutted that the next best thing in the UK is sooooo expensive. This is a great deal :(

Yep me too. First couple of days of Level 2 my chest hurt ALOT and I wasn't doing all the plank work properly and straining muscles I quite simply have NEVER used before! A few days in and it eased as I got the form right. Am doing the last day of Level 2 today and hoping that I can do Level 3 :-)
-
I LOVE IT! I can do it and still manage my 90 minute gym session later in the day. Today is my last day of Level2 so just 10 days of Level3 to come. I wish I had taken measurements and photos when I started but didn't :-( The first few days nearly killed me as it woke up muscles I didn't know I had but now I feel fitter…

Good luck! I SUCK at lasting longer than a couple of days :-( Its crazy I can eat right, exercise, went through 2 weeks of the worst caffine withdrawal when I gave up diet soda and coffee but just can't do the smoking. I am rubbish.

I have the same thing from ALL of my friends and family. I am in the right range for "normal" and want to lose another 5lbs to be comfortable. I think its because I was very large before and the change is dramatic. I am NO WHERE near too thin and never will be. I put it down to jealously myself and the fact that I am way…

Hiya Am in sunny Portsmouth here! Feel free to add me, the more UK friends the better. I have 6lbs to go to hit target and my goodness the final few are TOUGH!

I second lowcarbmegastore I do a big shop from there every couple of months as postage is quite expensive. Just ordered some today along with about £40 of other stuff :-)
-
I do the cardio bits on my mini trampoline to ease the pain on my knees. According to my HRM I burn more calories this way as well and doesn't hurt so much at all. I have to just bite my lip through the lunges etc. Am on L2 day 8 now and just want to get to the end :-)

Tried on a UK size 10 dress yesterday (US Size 8) and it fitted so I got it and I LOVE IT. I did a little dance in the changing rooms! I can't believe it. I was once a size 34!!! Was the biggest NSV for me ever!
-
Me too. Feel free to add me as well.

This is a GREAT idea. I am in the UK and have a MASSIVE list of things I would like from the USA and would happily put a box together from the UK to swap things. Add me if you would like to play swaps. By the way MARMITE RULES, full of B vitamins and yummmmmy

I had a bypass 3 years ago and never looked back. Yes there are long term complications, yes it is HARD HARD work but so worth it. I saved for mine, got no funding at all and it SAVED MY LIFE! I would be happy to talk to you about it, just add me as a friend. It is NOT an easy option by any means and changes your life in…

I moved onto Level 2 yesterday after 9 days of Level One as I felt I was ready to step it up a gear. OMG I was sweating like crazy and my muscles were burning again like after the first few days of Level 1. The chair squat and raises almost kill my arms but I LOVE it, the burn is pretty addictive for me so will see how I…

I bruise ALL THE TIME. It is because I have chronic pernious anemeia so you should get it shecked out as it can be dangerous. I now have iron supplements and B12 injections every 12 weeks. I can tell when an injection is due as the bruises start so it is worth checking it our just incase! I thought I was just clumsy :)
-
When I first started LEvel 1 9 days ago my HRM said about 220 for the workout, down to 180 now so not finding it as tough, thinking of moving onto Level 2 tonight.
