hang in there gator007. you are not alone. it seems i have 2 good days and 3 bad days. i just try to be grateful for the 2 good days and hope that it turns into 3 good days soon. part of my problem is that i am very hard on myself and it sounds like you are too. i had a friend tell me strive for progress, not perfection.

very observant sugar bear!!!!! I am on here trying to keep busy and keep my mind off food. I have eaten all of my calories for the day so i am downing lots of water right now. It's working!!!! :-}

Does anyone know if splenda or any other sugar substitute is really good for you? I've had heard that it is better to have real sugar then its substitutes. Any help is appreciated!!! I'm a little confused about the whole sugar thing.
