One thing that my trainer told me is that "routine" is your enemy. Variation is key. Change up your exercises and shock your body into something different. Maybe that's all your needing. I've used a couple of Ab Machines, but I've had more success in just doing them myself. I never really quite agreed with the weighted Ab Machines.
