The coach at our Crossfit fit gym said ice baths help tremendously with muscle soreness. The water has to be less than 60 degrees and soak in for at least 5 minutes. I'm gonna try after a hard lifting day.

It's 80's and Sunny here in Orange County California and the time is 4:08 PM. Time to leave work and head to the gym.

If you've been doing good for the past week then one day isn't going to hurt. As long as you get back to your normal eating lifestyle tomorrow. Don't dwell on what you ate today or how many calories you consumed as you can't change it. Just focus on moving forward...it'll be worth it.

Here! Been doing Paleo for the last month and I love it. We use everydaypaleo.com and Marksdailyapple.com for recipes and inspiration. Theres so much of a variety of food to make in Paleo that I don't miss any type of processed carb. Are you doing Paleo/Primal now? If so how long you been doing it?
