Feeling Bad

I just got home from a family cookout. I thought I was eating pretty sensible until I chunked the info into my diary. I really thought I was only over indulging in ONE brownie & the rest seemed like good choices. To top it off…, I really worried about this before I left because I don’t exercise on Sunday. It’s my day of rest.

Damn.., I feel pretty bad about it…, & I’m still hungry!

Don't dwell on it -- tomorrow is another day

When you wake up tomorrow, be better than today! Little slip ups are a stepping stone to better knowledge- next time you'll know what is an indulgence and will maybe pick smaller portions. Chin up- you can rise above today!

If you've been doing good for the past week then one day isn't going to hurt. As long as you get back to your normal eating lifestyle tomorrow. Don't dwell on what you ate today or how many calories you consumed as you can't change it. Just focus on moving forward...it'll be worth it.

chalk it up as a learning lesson and move on.

eat some raw vegitables (low cal fiber - cucumber? bell pepper?) or a little bit of protein if you are hungry (hard boiled egg?)

you can try try not eating back some of your exercise calories this week to balance out.

don't worry and don't feel bad. this is a journey..

I was under my calories coming into today, just didn’t know Brats were that bad. They are horribly high in calories. I didn’t eat a bun with my hamburger which was loaded with calories too! The meats killed me!! (Go look at my diary…, I didn’t think it was too bad, but I guess it was.)
