I really like my eyes and nose. I also (and this may be weird) like my hands and wrists. They are very tiny and it gives me hope that someday the rest of my body will be just as petitie.

YES!!!!!! My hubby said that when I reach my goal weight, I can get a lift for the girls and if I have any trouble spots (flabby arms or tummy pooch) I can get that done also! :love:

I'm up 1.8 :sad: but I'm trying not to stress about it too much! I've read about a lot of people gaining their first week or two of 30DS. Plus it's my TOM. Next week will be better! I thought I would update everyone on how my week has been. I suck at staying away from my vice (sweet tea) but I have been mixing it half sweet, half unsweet and only1 glass per day. Providing dinner for a friend who had surgery last week, so I had to plan ahead so I actually know the answer to this question - roast, carrots, potatoes, salad and maybe a roll (depending on how good I've been all day :wink: )

I agree about completely about the accountability feeling! I know that people will notice if I don't post that I've done it. I like the boxing also! I like the squats and the chest work also.

Finished day 2...yeah. My two youngest boys started out doing the workout with me before daddy put them to their bed. And my Shi-tzu Emma was in my face trying to give kisses when I was doing my pushups. Day 2 was definitely harder because of the soreness! My legs were screaming at me. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Well after a long day (10-7) of coaching JFL Cheerleading I made it home and did Day 1 of 30 DS. WhoooHoo!! And am now finally getting dinner at 9:00! I'm really proud of myself for getting this workout in after a day of freezing my bum off and being gone all day. I stuck my dinner in the microwave to keep it warm and…

After a long day coaching JFL cheerleading (10-7), I finally got home did 30 Day Shred and at 9:00 am just now eating dinner! I'm really proud of myself for getting the workout in before I ate. I knew that I wouldn't do it if I ate first.

When I did my measurements, I went up 6 inch from my knee to do my thigh measurement. I also do that for my calf and upper arm measurement. Just pick a joint (elbow, knee etc) and a certain number of inches. The hardest for me are hips, chest, bust, cause I have a hard time remembering exactly where I took the measurement.…
