I keep my dietary preferences to myself at work. None of their business. But that being said, we don't have a lot of goodies here at work that I feel pressured to avoid. Day 12, 90 seconds complete on second attempt. Made a minute fifteen this morning, redid it at lunch today and made the full 90 seconds. Shoulders are not happy with me...lol!

I was going to suggest a huge pot of chili or beef barley soup or lentil soup. Yep, no reason for me not too. If I'm crampy I just pop a couple advil and go for it. Exercise usually helps me feel better anyway.
