They have been deemed a fraud... One reason why the injections have been banned in some areas. You eat about 500 calories a day on the diet with the drops. Yes, you will lose weight but not because of the drops and most of that weigh loss will be muscle.

I gained as a child originally. We had nightly snack time that consisted of chips, cookies and ice cream (I don't think it's wrong for children to eat these things but I don't believe they should be a nightly event). There was always cookies, and chips around for snacks instead of healthy foods (my hubby grew up with tons…

MFP does tend to over estimate calories burned. If you have a heart rate monitor use that and eat the calories back (eat enough to net your BMR which you can find in Tools). If you use the calories burned calculated by the site eat 2/3s of them back. 1,200 is really low for most people so you may need to eat even more. 900…

Only weigh what you are eating. So no skin on those items you mentioned. If you are eating chicken with the skin than you weight with the skin,
-
It could be what you are eating however we can't really comment on that as you have your diary closed for view.

Give it a few days and you should notice a difference. Start with small amounts and slowly increase as it can cause bloating. Benefibre and probiotics have done wonders for me.
-
How much water do you drink? If you are consuming a lot of fibre you need to drink a lot of water as well or things won't run smoothly. Depending on where you live you can buy something like benefibre. A probiotic suppliment has helped in the past for me as long as I take it each day.

BPA is in a lot of things! A lot of canned items contain them. Reciept ink has it. Really hard to get away from it all! There are a lot more things on the market that are BPA free these days which is nice. Some plastics are as well now!

Yes, track your drink calories like food. That should be done on any day. Try to limit yourself to one drink and drink water the rest of the night.
-
Do you take them with food? I find if I take them with a meal I'm fine (I usually take them half way through) however if I take them on an empty stomach that I get sick.
-
I use Splenda since Truvia and Stevia are a bit pricey. I don't use enough though to worry much. Anything is fine in moderation unless it causes health affects for you.
-
Just pick a place. It doesn't really matter where you measure as long as you make sure it's in the same spot each time.

Natural doesn't mean healthy

Definately not too much water. I tend to drink at least 10 of the 500mL bottles a day... sometimes more... sometimes less.

Seems a bit creepy. Do you have an MP3 player to listen to? Maybe wearing headphones would discourage him from talking to you. Can you go at a different time? If you can switch up the times you go and not go the same time each day maybe you won't run into him. If it is too much it might be a good idea to let the gym know.…

It is just an estimate. Most people don't take it to heart as what your weight will be. Note that it does say "If everyday were like today" which is almost impossible to make each day the same.
-
Try to eat back as much as you can. Once in a while is fine but don't make it a habit. If you aren't all that hungry eat calorie dense foods for the rest of the day. Olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, etc.
-
Eating at your BMR should be your minimum. You burn a lot more calories in a day than that based on your activity. Personally I had the best luck eating at my BMR and than half my exercise calories back.
-
Sorry if this has been said already as I haven't read the posts so far (but I will as I just got a crockpot and LOVE it). I made a great dinner the other day in mine. 2lbs of skinless, boneless chicken breast one bottle of BBQ sauce (any one you like - I used the low cal one) One onion, cut into slices Three cloves of…

There's no harm in giving it a shot. You may gain temporarily once you increase calories at first though so don't get alarmed. Try it for a few weeks and see how it goes.

I used to drink them. It's the easy way to control calories. You can get the same results with real food. My view is it doesn't really teach you anything. You lose weight, but if you haven't learned anything you will gain the weight back (you can't live on the shakes forever). I use the powder from time to time in my…

Are you getting enough protein? Enough carbs? Enough water? Enough fruits and veggies? Do you have any vitamin or minerals that are low? Do you eat processed/frozen/premade meals and foods? I find those tend to suck the energy out of me. If I eat healthy, clean, non processed foods I have more energy. Do you take a multi…

Exercise may not always lead to quicker weight loss. It helps to preserve your muscles so you don't end up skinny fat. Exercise can also help your muscle mass increase and lead to more fat loss.
-
Dietary fat doesn't have much to do with weight. Healthy fats are obviously healthiest for you. It's calories that make the difference in your weight.
-
Dietary fat is not the enemy as long as it is healthy fats. Don't worry as much about the fats in olive oils, nuts, etc... all healthy for you.

Always a good thing to know the by laws where you are... different everywhere. Find out what her schedule is like. 7:30pm may be better for her to deal with the extra noise than before 8am as she may be sleeping or have children etc etc. As you would expect her to be courteous to you (as you'd expect of everything within…

If you are a survivor of sexual assault it's a little different of a view to the situation. However, (and I"m not trying to downplay anything that may of happened in the past) why go and ruin someone's career by filing a complaint with your insurance company when the comment may of been completely innocent? Just because he…

There is possibly something in it that your body cannot digest properly. Maybe compare the ingredients to the powder you have now to the one you have used before. Also, if you drank it too quickly that could do it too.

You may end up having to find another time... If you have to leave by 8:30am than you may be forced to find another time during your day if there is noice bylaws.
-
I have to agree with the above that I didn't add to my post. When you are finishing your workout just before 8am that is early to most people. The lady downstairs may of heard you earlier, got worken up etc but didn't come upstairs until she was leaving. Depending on where you are there are noise bylaws. Where I am you can…
