The longer you cook foods the less nutrients they can have. Fibre however remains unless you are straining them after they are pureed ... fibre is also removed when you juice something.. otherwise it remains.

I'm sorry.. I don't know you or your husband but my husband wouldn't dare tell me it's my job to cook. I am out of work at the moment so I'm playing the housewife part but never would he ever dare tell me it's my job to cook, clean, shop, whatever. I do choose to cook for him as he is at work so it's something I can do for…

This. A few cups of coffee a day will not dehydrate you. All liquids I count... pop, coffee, tea, juice, water, etc since they all hydrate your body. I personally wouldn't drink all coffee for your water intake but it still does count.

If you aren't motivated that you probably don't want it bad enough. Someone can say they do all they want but until they have the motivation and the plan, they don't really want it. We are all busy. We all don't have time. You have to MAKE the time to make healthy meals... to count calories... to get exercise in if you…

How long have you been drinking the shakes? I would imagine it's either a virus that made you sick, the shake or lack of food intake. I feel very sick if I don't eat for a longer period of time.

Does it have to make a large pizza? What about a pita? That's what I usually use and my hubby and I can put our own toppings on. The pita itself is usually around 120 cals for the entire thing. One large whole wheat pita with veggies and other toppings is very filling and only comes to about 300 cals depending on what you…

Either water weight from working out or it's due to TOM. You'll see it gone soon.

I'm guessing something was entered wrong. Did you mistake it as you had that much left over? I love the mobile app... never had a problem and perfect for entering on the go.

Personally I only count water as my fluids for the day. Everything else is bonus. I don't wait until I feel thirst either as usually at that point your body is already dehydrated. If drinking tea helps you get the fluids in do what works best for you. Everyone has their own ways. I wouldn't count it if I put milk, sugar…

My hubby and I are eating a lot more Subway these days. One recently opened up by our place which helps! We eat them probably once a week for a quick dinner. While I do consider them fast food they are healthier fast food. Now, they are still loaded with sodium for the most part but still MUCh healthier than other options.…

You can also add breastfeeding calories in your food tracker. There is an entry that will add so many calories based on how much you breastfeed.

You can purchase cheap calibers online. Those are usually the most accurate way to find out your body fat %. Some gyms, if you are part of one, have the machines and people to find that out as well. I have a scale that tells me mine. Not the most accurate thing in the world but it's a decent judge. You get your body fat…

Gains will happen! Don't let it get you down! Weight loss is not linear and doens't always go down. It's unfortunate! Is TOM coming? Did you eat too much sodium? Too much carbination? Drink enough water? So many factors can cause gains on the scale.
-
It may not be actual fat loss. Weight fluctuates daily and hourly so it may just be due to activities done, water weight etc.

I workout at various times during the day depending on my schedule. I find I have more energy later in the day or after I've eaten something. If I don't eat something before working out I find I don't do as well.
-
It's a terrible thing to do to your body.
-
Try eating more. If you are only eating 1200 calories in a day and don't eat your exercise calories back you are most likely not giving your body the fuel it needs.
-
I would just continue doing what you are doing. Unfortunately it's not really healthy to lose 15 lbs in a month :( Good luck with your audition!!!!!!
-
You only eat 600-800 calories a day and burn more than that?? That is not healthy at all. You need to eat more. You are just harming your body.

A few tips.... - make sure you're weight loss is set to 0.5lb per week as goal and ensure you have your lifestyle properly entered. As much as you'd want that weight to come off quickly it won't so you need to go slower. - Are you eating enough protein? Drinking enough water? Our bodies tend to confuse thirst with hunger.…
-
Don't forget to eat your exercise calories. What do you have your weekly weight loss set at? For only 10lbs to go you'd want it for 0.5lbs per week for loss... that should up your calories from 1200 as well. Try to do mostly strength training. You may gain some weight when you begin to build muscle but your inches will…

Change what you're doing. Cycle calories... change up your workouts, etc. Usually helps to break plateaus. Also try changing the amount of calories you eat. Eat at maintanence for a week or two and than drop down again.

Refer to your other posts.... No need to post multiples.
-
Refer to your other posts. Taking a Fibre supplement will not help with fat loss. Excessive use of Fibre supplements and laxative for weight loss can result in an eating disorder.
-
It will help you be regular but it won't give you any fats loss.
-
The most accurate way to calculate your calories burned would be to get a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. Unfortunately a lot of sites don't calculate accurately.
-
Unless you are 7000 calories over your maintenence you didn't gain 2lbs of fat. Weight changes daily and hourly for a lot of different reasons.
-
If you are at a calorie deficit you will. You need some strength training to fully retain your muscle mass though. I lost weight before with the stationary bike as my only form of exercise but was skinny fat.
-
I do quite frequently. Unless you experience indigestion there is no reason to stop eating at a certain time each day. As long as you have a calorie deficit you will lose weight regardless of what time you eat.

This Site does in the food tracker.
