Today I consumed 1 herbal life shake with banana, strawberries and blueberries. then a handfull of blueberries.
I was very busy in work (waitressing) and started feeling really sick and eventually was and had to leave.
I felt normal before I was in work any suggestions... (ps- ive not eaten anything which could of give me food poisoning)

Is there a question in there somewhere?

Was it the first time you've had an herbal life shake? How do you feel now?

How long have you been drinking the shakes?

I would imagine it's either a virus that made you sick, the shake or lack of food intake.

I feel very sick if I don't eat for a longer period of time.

So what else are you eating other than shakes? Maybe you need more real food.

Does your job have health benefits?

If you're asking MFP because you think it's the shake, I don't think it's a shake. But, I'm only an Internet scientist.

I have heard of people who go from no fruit in the morning to eating a fair quantity and puking. It's something to with the acidity of fruit on an empty stomach I assume, but I have heard of it happening - my housemate blew chunks when she started a smoothie detox diet for the first three days.

However, you may be sick. In which case, dump the shakes and eat plain food - or whatever makes you better.

Food poisoning could take more than 24 hours to show up.
