Hiya - just my two cents as your diary is now public. IMO, you are eating too many high calorie foods. Those numbers at the bottom need to be green, not red................and there is little that is fresh in your diet. Eat 3 x 300 calorie meals a day (Breakfast, lunch and dinner, add in 2 x 150 calorie snacks and you will…
