Cottage cheese, peanut butter, whole wheat full calorie bread, carrots, 2% milk (cuz I hate the fat free stuff...and 1%). I;m more of a pantry person though...granola bars, triscuits, fiber ones, soup. That sort of stuff

I am not afraid that I will bulk up with weights, although I do think that my body is more likely to build muscle than lean out. What I'm wondering about is which exercises? Theres a plethora of weight training exercises out there. I don't know which ones to do? I don't go the gym and I don't have a personal trainer…

Alright, I went to the gym for years and did some cardio and a lot of weights.... and saw nothing. The reason that I hit my treadmill daily though, I feel soooo much better after I do. Seriously, we are animals....ones that need to travel and hunt and gather. I feel way-way better when I get some miles on my tail!
