I am wearing mine for the first day (night actually since I work night shift) and I too feel that the calories burned is a very high estimate. Any others have input concerning the reported calories burned?

This, I was just thinking about this yesterday. It's been 6-7 years since we've had a family photo taken. It was actually the last time that I lost weight and was in the healthy range. (that's a little depressing) I am also looking forward to going to the beach without wearing t-shirt and shorts over my swim suit. I don't…

Yes, this. It is definitely a challenge to get a work out in when you work 7p-7a, but I do it on my 30 min break at work. I do 20 mins step aerobics and have 10 mins to eat a quick bite. It's funny, I give into silly excuses at home on days off and stick to it at work.

yep, this was needed this week. Had a few bad days, well it feels like it anyway. I didn't even go over 2000 the couple of days that I lost my mind and didn't stick to the plan. I felt like I failed though. Back on track now but I have to remember not to beat myself up so much over a slip up. Thanks

alcohol yes and very bad food choices after consuming too much of it. I log everything but I do have a private diary. Mostly because of the alcohol entries and not wanting to be judge. I stay within my calories at least 6 days per week and have been exercising 3-5 times per week for the past month or so. I have been back…

Yes, this. If it's important to you, you will find time. And as others have said, the longer you use the food diary the easier it will get. It remembers the food that you eat most frequently to give you a short cut when entering those foods. You can do it! Best of luck

Sonic car hops make min wage or more, not server wages. Yes, I tip when I pay in cash but now a days I do not frequent Sonic very often. If I go, it's for a drink and I give them some change.
