I'm probably not going to reply anymore, this thread is so toxic it's unbelievable. It's just turned into a breeding ground for "Internet doctors" who haven't read all the posts wanting to diagnose me with anorexia. Definitely not something I want to deal with while studying for finals.

Thanks, do you think taking the gummy version of omega 3 is ok? I like them better than the massive capsules. And how often do you think for salmon.. 2-3 times a week?

Oh my GOD. Twist the words I write more please. I mean EVEN IF IT MEANS I CANT REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 45-47kg, I WOULD RATHER THAT THAN LOSE MY HAIR. For crying out loud no one else questioned that, as they interpreted it as a normal person would. If you're just going to sit here trying to convince me to admit I have a…

I know full well what an ED is, I don't have it. Because as I know, if you had an eating disorder, gaining weight and counting calories would be your "biggest concern". As soon as I got off this diet I just ate and drank what I wanted because I thought I should gain weight. Didn't step on a scale for a while after that but…

Have you read nothing I posted and just gone straight to assumptions? I don't want to be 41kg again, it was unhealthy and i didn't like it at all. I meant that if I only was able to lose, say, a kilo from where I am (51kg) in order to not have hair loss, I wouldn't mind. I repeat, my goal weight, as in my absolute,…

Sigh. I did this diet 4 years ago. I was fully aware of what was going on, and if I did have an eating disorder, it sure didn't put up a fight when I then decided a couple weeks later that I looked too skinny and gained 7kg back purposely... On my own.. I then went on to start weight training a couple of years later, and…

Well I guess what I'm sort of trying to get at here is I was doing so many things wrong that it's hard to be able to pin point what else (apart from the obvious calorie deficit) I was doing wrong without some advice. There are many things that lead to being "malnourished" --> hair loss. So far some people have suggested…

Yeah I was super skinny at 41kg, it wasn't good! Definitely not a good weight to be at. I think because I was in a large uniform everyday I didn't notice how skinny I'd gotten. But once I put on 5kgs, I looked significantly better. At around 46kg, everyone said I looked a good size and not too slim. There's a pic on the…

Thank you for sticking up for me, no my calories aren't that low normally (500-800) as the person said. I said it before but I had influenza for a couple of weeks and couldn't eat more than that amount. That was the only thing in my diary so everyone has just decided to pick at that. Before that I was eating enough to gain…

I did get help 4 years ago but dermatologists/doctors can't really specify what exactly caused it... They just knew it was the weight loss (obviously, I was unhealthy). I was just hoping to open a discussion to see whether people have lost hair maybe not by losing weight rapidly (like me), but losing weight normally and it…

Hahahah trust me even I'm shaking my head... Oops can't do that I might burn off the 2 calories everyone here assumes I'm eating a day
-
What the, why would you even bother calculating that, it was 4 years ago.Why should I "get help" for a diet I stopped doing (because I realized it was bad) 4 years ago... I'm not doing that diet anymore?
-
Yes.... And what I was saying is that I used to lift weights and doing core exercises when I was 47kgs, religiously. And I couldn't ever get a firm stomach, so I thought losing an extra kg of weight would reveal the firm stomach underneath. That is what I've been saying. But this is literally all unrelated to my question…
-
Yeah but I meant flat that comes from a tight core. Firm might have been a better word.
-
Ugh thanks for your help everyone. I appreciated the recommendations that suggested maybe even 1kg per week was too rapid, thank you for your advice I'll definitely keep that in mind. But to all the comments saying I have an eating disorder, don't you think you're being very rude to someone you don't know? I'm here TELLING…

I used to do weights when I was 47kgs (I looked very healthy at this weight btw), I didn't lose/gain weight but I definitely looked more toned and was more muscly, but I still didn't have a flat stomach (did ab circuits everyday and are healthily). I just thought being around 46kg would put me in a perfect body with a bit…

I don't have an eating disorder!!! I'm just trying to get to a weight where I'm ready to look good in a bikini, and for my body shape, that was 45kg! Not everyone's body's are the same even if we're the same height. I store all my fat around my stomach, but when I lose weight it comes off of my chest first. Last time I…
-
Hmm I don't know if I've been getting enough of that either, how long did you diet for?
-
As I said, I'm quite short, so every kilo I gain/lose makes quite a large difference. For short people BMI isn't really a good description of what a person will -look- like in particular. It just measures their health. So even though it says I'm healthy at 51, I don't look particularly good and have a big muffin top and…
-
No I wasn't losing 2.2kg a week, it was 1kg a week! And I don't know what I can do to convince you guys but I when I was 45kg before, I was very healthy looking, filled out in the right places and nobody would've called me underweight.. I have photos if you want proof but I'm 100% you would agree that I looked healthy
-
Haha ignore my diary I haven't really been using it/or using it properly. I definitely don't have a BDD!! As I originally stated, I'm 51kg again and have been around this weight for almost 4 years. I know that 41 was too skinny. Pretty much everything under 45 was too skinny. I also didn't lose 2.2kg a week I lost 1kg per…
-
I'm 156cm, so anything under 45 is classified as underweight for me. I know now I was way too skinny, just trying to figure out what exactly triggered the hair loss. Like I still think a kilo a week was an average weight loss, and I think it was ok at first because the hair loss started 5 months after, from what I know…

I know i found it hard getting the right balance between the protein/fats/carbs and calorie goal, but eating nuts daily is definitely the way to go. You probably know already, but nuts give you quick cals and also fats, carbs, and protein you need after exercising. I always put a handful of almonds in my oats in the…
-
It's just that I have no idea what I would change in my diet to be on the fat protein and sugar goals without being under my calorie goal
-
That was yesterday, today i got 1400
-
Apart from more of everything, i haven't really introduced anything new.
-
So putting the lack of calories aside, do you think the pure amount of food i'm eating is too much and would bloat most girls my height?
-
It's after every meal. And yeah constipation, discomfort in intestines generally describes it. Would crohns be developed just from increasing the amount of food you're eating? this has only started happening in the past week, and i never got like this a few months ago before i started dieting.
-
Hi fellow aussie! It's good you're getting back on track! I find logging my food really motivates me to eat healthily, so if you keep at it I'm sure you'll be at your goal in no time! I'm from Brisbane :)
-
I kept that in mind when i ate today, but i'm feeling really yuck because i was ALWAYS bloated and full today, and i ended up eating half of my meals on a full stomach. I didn't even come close to my calorie goal, and even if i'd eaten more fats like nuts and cheese i would've still been under. It's really hard for me to…
