Hmm sounds interesting I might have to try that with a regular potato.. I'm not a big fan of Sweet Potato. That is very interesting though thanks for that. Can you explain the Flesh and peanut butter and the baked eggs a little more?

That is not the point.... I'm just trying to cut it out for now. Just to try a change.. I can fit it in all day long if I want.

Ah its not a problem. My whole gut issue though could just be that I am in need of more toning. Diet change is just kind of something I wanna see if it helps. If it does that is cool if not nothing is wrong with a little change.

AH I see a misunderstanding here I'm sure its due to an error on my part. I'm not actually trying to loose weight. I am at a spot that I am comfortable with. My goals now are maintaining my weight or thereabout. Weightlifting is kind of part of my training, but I am not bodybuilding. I am actually just strength training…

Eating stuff cold does not bother me at all mind you. Sometimes I actually prefer it. I'll make a bunch of stir fry and not eat all of it just eat the rest later and not bother heating it up. I guess I'm kinda weird like that.

I can't really say its something I "enjoy" I just use sandwiches because they are quick and easy. On them I use Romaine Lettuce, Mustard, Onion, Tomato, Pickles, Banana Peppers, Pepper Jack cheese, I use land o frost for the meat so the sodium is kinda high. But I don't just have a couple of slices I usually have 2 of…

Work place does indeed have a microwave. Time between breaks and such and the amount of people using all the microwaves I just avoid wasting time trying to use them.

Actually I made a mistake I am at about 60lbs lost I'm sitting at about 167 at 5'11".

I guess I've not really said a "reason" in particular because I don't have to have one "Sorry if that sounds rude" . Its just a choice really I guess maybe I like eliminating thing that are not a necessity. I truly have no reason to get rid of bread completely just something I want to change.

Was thinking it could be fat too. I am 5'11 not sure about my muscle mass though. I am no body builder, but I have been weightlifting to tone up. Not sure how accurate the hand held BMI readers are far as I can tell I am at 13% body fat and about 24 bmi. Yeah though probably do just need to keep working at it.

wow that is fairly enlightening. I just need to use myfitnesspal here to help me build up a few recipes that I can use through the week. I've been looking up different rices that might be okay eat a bunch of, but there even seems to be loads of negative stuff about that as well. Food sucks :-( why do we have to have so…

If you are not already using the C25K program here is what I recommend: If you have a smartphone bring headphones and download the c25k app by RunDouble. I can not tell you how much I love that app. Use that app and if you have no smart phone download a program and write down the times in which you need to run and breakout…

All sound advice indeed. The main question to my statement seems to be why though. Why would I cut out bread. I have no allergy to any kind of bread also my blood sugar is not an an issue. From what everyone is saying what I was thinking could be completely wrong. The reason I am wanting to cut out bread and make this diet…

The crock pot is not a bad idea I do like a good beef stew. I'm sure I could make a decent stew that is pretty low on sodium. Any what other crock pot recipes would be good to last for about 5 days? I'd like very much just to cook on the weekend if I had to. On my actual work days between my runs, social life, workout…

No reason you should go it alone I'm new to the MFP family but I intend on supporting it fully as I hope to get my mom on here sometime soon. You keep tucking and we will keep supporting :-).
