well day 6 is done for me trying to play catch up because of my calf injury. may try to double up a couple of days. good job everyone lol i dont do the side lunge i do the front lunge when she is doing that cuz it hurts so i modify it but i get through it.

well i had to take yesterday off because of my calf injury but i did day 4 today and still struggled but felt good.

Didnt do day 4 yet my right calf is killin me even when i walk on it i dont know what i should do. should i do the workout or take off today? any suggestions?

i hate the chest raise with side lunge, that kills me everytime. I would say my favorite is reverse crunch love it even though it kills me

u do burn during strength training just record it under circuit training. i did an hr of it yesterday and burned like 330 calories cause i have HRM.

just from the machines i usually burn bt 1100-1250

that is from the machine i do the elliptical or treadmill for 60 mins than rotate and do the other for 30 mins and then do circuit training for 30 mins.

lol i am so screwwed bc i burn 1600-1800 calories a day. so that means i have to eat at least 3000 calories. That is a alot

I am 5'8 and my goal is 160 bc that is listed as my highest for healthy weight so that is what i am aiming for.

I try to do 90 mins if cardio then 30 mins of circuit training.
