  • I used to eat a variation of this every morning for breakfast. Very tasty!!
  • Light english muffin with fried egg and turkey sausage. Keeps me full until lunch!
  • Try some sliced veggies (like cucumber, tomato, celery, etc.) Dipped in plain greek yogurt mixed with either some dill seasoning or even a little of the dry ranch seasoning that you buy in packets. Low fat! Could work with fruit, too. Just don't season the yogurt.
  • Tuna here, also! Chunk tuna (in water) with 2 tbsp olive oil mayo, tomato and lettuce on a spinach tortilla wrap. Great post, I love seeing all the different lunch ideas!
