I have no idea what i want for lunch today. What are you having? It might give me some ideas.

Spring mix with some low sodium turkey lunch meat, goat cheese and light balsamic vinaigrette...I'm soo looking forward to it, haha!!!0

Tuna salad wrap (one can of flaked tuna in water, one whole wheat tortilla, 1 tbsp light mayo, 1 tsp thai sauce *for kick* green onion, orange pepper, cucumber) with veggies on the side. Yum Yum0

Chunk tuna (in water) with 2 tbsp olive oil mayo, tomato and lettuce on a spinach tortilla wrap.

1 20oz bottle of water
1c. diced watermelon
1 cucumber, sliced and sprinkled with pepper
&
a chicken sandwich:
Low sodium deli chicken (3oz)
Jarlsburg Light Swiss cheese
Hellman's Light Olive Oil Mayo
Arnold's Multigrain sandwich thin
1/2 c. baby spinach

Going to a local Mexican restaurant with a friend today. Usually have the mushroom quesadillas with a guacamole salad and a side of pico de gallo. But today I think I am going to have the side salad (there's is huge!)..and a side of pico de gallo yummy!0

chopped salad with carrots, spinach, tomatoes and yellow peppers with light ranch dressing. Plus a cheese stick on the side if I don't have it for a snack before lunch and about a cup of blueberries and grapes. + water water water!!

I love tuna wraps! sometimes i forgo the tortillia and wrap in head lettus - great crunch and flavor an you save on the calories :flowerforyou:0 -
I have a meeting at lunch, so I'll grab a Subway sandwich. BLT on Italian Herbs and Cheese. Add Avocado. No cheese. No dressing. Lots of veggies. Yumm!0

I didn't feel like cooking anything so I have a random assortment of things lol:
Leftover roasted asparagus from dinner
Pita chips + TJ herbed goat cheese
100 cal pack of craisins
I just ate an apple and some blueberries so I prob won't eat lunch til about 1 (CT)0 -

Cambells Select Italian Vegetable Soup. 100 calories for the whole can and a half-cup of low-fat cottage cheese.0

On the weekend, usually Sunday, I make a pot of homemade soup, for lunches during the week. This week it's split pea and ham. Just four ingredients: split peas, lean ham, onion and carrots. This week I made 10 cups at 169 calories each. Had 2 cups for lunch and an orange.0

Made a big pot of spanish style white bean, smoked tofu and cabbage soup. Very delicious and filling and i think it worked out about 180 calories a bowl, cant quite remember0

I'm going to try a Tuscan Soup recipe, yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, garlic, italian seasoning, chicken broth, sprinkle of cheese on top! Sounded like a nice fresh garden lunch!0
