A Harvest Blend Salad with Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Feta Cheese, Carrots, and Almonds! Topped by a light balsamic Vinaigrette sauce! I also have Hot Momo Peach tea, and a single serve of hummus if I'm still feeling peckish0

I had Chickpea, Tomato, Cheese Power salad with 2 kiwis. I get to eat it 4 lunches this week, because that is what the recipe calls for. Yummmm.0

today was leftover stir fry veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, and baby carrots) with a little cheese melted over for protein.0

A bed of spinach topped with green pepper, onion, and sliced portabella mushrooms....and instead of dressing, I use 2 TBSP of salsa..YUM YUM....and 3 large strawberries sliced up to make them last longer..:)0

Had a low carb tortilla with laughing cow light french onion spread and 2 big deli slices of bourbon brown sugar smoked ham!

I had a taco salad with leftover taco meat from our dinner last night, spring mix, a few tortilla chips and some salsa.0

A nice homemade Chicken pita with almonds and cranberries
Left over cooked chicken
blanched almonds
cranberries (craisins)
1 tsp. mayo
Served in a pita... Soooo amazing! I love this sandwich.. I couldnt wait to have lunch today!
I ate it with a side of cucumbers, celery and a slice of Kraft 60 calorie cheese.0 -
Lunch is long gone but I had a salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, a little shredded cheddar & a few croutons and i splurged with a tbsp of ranch dressing. I also had some broccoli & baby carrots with 2 tbsp hummus. It was a mostly veggie lunch. Then for dessert some snack well's brownie bites. Those are ok, I think I'll stick to the skinny cow ones though after this box is gone.0

I am not a big fan of snackwells stuff. It tastes like diet food to me. Skinny cow tastes just like regular sweets. I love the new candy bars that are like kit kat only much much tastier!0 -
