I'll occasionally use sugar free Swiss Miss & a packet of Stevia to sweeten it up a bit more in my super strong coffee. It tastes decedent because I usually just drink black coffee.

I just try to be aware of where my sugar is coming from. I've been over the mfp limit by 10am because I ate a nonfat yogurt & a piece of fruit.

I would, just in case. I make chili in the slow cooker once & did the quick soak listed on the back of the bag. The beans stayed gritty & hard no matter what I did. It was a waste.

I've wondered the same thing. I signed a contract before I really had any idea what I was doing & once I figured out I wanted to try lifting heavy, I had a conversation with the trainer, who is so skilled at his job that he read the directions off the machines. I need a work around.

Homemade chicken noodle soup. All the way homemade, I mixed, kneaded, rolled, cut & dried my noodles & they're cooking in a broth I made using bone in chicken breasts. 236 calories per bowl too. That's right, I rock. ;)

It might be better to rely on your measurements than your weight for this one. While there are variations between brands, for the most part they have sizing charts that rely on hip/bust/waist measurements. Even then, it's not precise, but it's a way to get an idea.

I don't know what your go-tos are but my family loves meatloaf. I make it in muffin tins so that portion control is easier & use ground oats instead of breadcrumbs for the added fiber.

I don't actually trust myself not to binge, so my habit is to look at the package of any prepared snack I might buy & multiple the calories by servings. It's deterred me from buying quite a bit but if I just want it that badly, I'm taking ownership of all of the calories before I eat it. Woo empowered eating!

I'm an antisocial MFP'er. I had friends but I had to drop them because seeing what they ate, lost & exercised was making me overly critical of myself. Some might say just don't look but I'm way too much of a voyeur for that. :)

Make sure you're actually weighing & measuring your portions. When I bought my digital scale is when I discovered there is a very real difference between what I thought a serving of chicken was & reality. Good luck!

Have you tried the dress on as is with spanx? If you got the ones that go to the bottom of your ribcage, there shouldn't be a gap between garments. Although you may need to test drive using the restroom to make sure that's still possible on the big day.

I like to add some crushed red pepper flakes to my soups. The spice helps me feel full faster & I really like the flavor.
