Skinny *****?

I recently finished reading the book "Skinny b*tch"
To be honest... I have no idea how I feel about it.
Loved the attitude of the whole piece, and a lot of it was really interesting/informative, but it seems like it was just a huge plea towards veganism. Not what I expected.
Which is ok! That's an amazing lifestyle.

What do you guys think??

I like it. It is one of the books that I read when I first decided to go vegan. I got the cook book though, and did not care for it at all.

Ummm....it is a vegan book. That's what the skinny ***** brand is all about. You could always incorporate parts about it that you do like into your lifestyle but maybe not everything.

I havent read it, my sister did and said it was good and that i should give it a go
  • I read the book. I found it to obnoxiously biased toward veganism. The tone of the book was rather arrogant imo and I question some of the "research and statistics" used in the book. I am not vegan nor will I ever be but I thought I would give the book a chance.

I literally found it in a book store with no back story. Haha I didn't know about their brand.
But yeah I have definitely cut down on dairy!

I read parts of it while standing in a Borders. I had to set it back down when they told me coffee was poison & I needed to give it up & switch to green tea.
