I just count calories. Nobody wants to hear that! They want to hear some magic diet you are on, or pill you take, or shake you drink or whatever. I used to be a member of a gym, but now my exercise is my work. I walk 10 - 12 miles per night for 5 days. (Amazon).

I think 30lbs in 2 months is a bit much. Not too healthy I don't think. If you DID loose that much (too fast) I think it would be muscle you are loosing and not fat. Try to stick to more like 2 lbs per week, which would be 18 (ok round it off to 20, lol) by the end of August.

I gotta call BS on that statement!! You can go to McDonalds (or where ever) and purchase 3,000 calories for a couple of bucks. But get that healthy salad, and grilled chicken or whatever and you are out 5 - 7 bucks!

See if you can find a "Planet Fitness" in your area. Their big thing is being a place where ANY body can go there and be comfortable. They have a $1 joining fee and $10 (plus tax) per month fee. With NO contract!

You can eat out! You just have to watch WHAT you eat (grilled chicken NOT fried) etc. And Chinese isn't so bad. Go to a place that has a Hibachi grill. Get 4oz of chicken, onions, broccoli, and maybe zucchini and it is under 500 calories. Keep up the good attituce!

The thing you have to make yourself understand is that you can lie to My Fitness Pal, but you CAN NOT lie to your body!!! So, if you ate it, even if you didn't log it, your body knows!

Look and see if there is a "Planet Fitness" in your area. Their big thing is "no judgement". ANYbody, ANY size can go there to work out ad be comfortable. People aren't allowed to grunt and drop the weights while lifting. They will escort you out the door! And they are just $10 a month, with a $1 joining fee.

Just remember, it didn't come on fast, so it isn't gonna go off fast. Be patient! Drink LOTS of water. I hate water, but my daughter told me to take a measuring cup and every half hour drink 1/2 cup. If you work 8 hours, then that is 8 cups drank during the day. Plus what you eat with meals. It does seem to work.

I dont' know......... I was always told that you can't loose weight for somebody else, you have to do it for yourSELF! Although my husband LOVES my weight loss, I didn't do it "for" him.

I think "you don't look like you weigh that much" is a compliment! I hear that alot. I don't look like I weigh as much as I do because I am big boned. I like it!

I don't know much about Weight Watchers. I don't know about their "points" vs calories. Try tracking your calories also. MFP makes it SO easy to do that! Then maybe you will understand what your weight is doing. Jan

For me the best motivation is trying on my "fat" clothes that don't fit anymore. Makes me think "I will NOT gain this weight back". Plus I have some clothes that don't "quite" fit and they are a goal to me to MAKE then fit! I have a pair of jeans that I bought when they lacked about an inch to fasten. They are loose now.…

Do you have a Planet Fitness gym where you are? They are awesome! Their big claim is "judgement free". A place where ANYONE can go and be comfortable.
