Have you tried the Marie's yogurt dressings? They are SO good! I really like the feta cheese one. Most of them seem to be about 70 calories for 2 tbs.

I have dessert, I just plan for it. Knowing that its coming at the end of the night helps me pass up other things that I might not have otherwise.

Oh my, please don't listen to the person that told you to eat less than 1200 calories. 1200 is low in my opinion. That is the OLD SCHOOL way of thinking. Including exercise calories I eat in the area of 2,000 calories per day. If you leave it set at 1200, I would definitely eat back the calories you burn through exercise.

I really can't think of anything to complain about, with my Zumba class! My instructor is great, I sweat up a storm, and have FUN! I love a good mix of hip-hop and Latin music, and my instructor changes it up fairly often so you don't get bored. I'd MUCH rather do Zumba than the bike or treadmill. I have fun and burn more…

I've gone to Golden Corral for dinner a few times since starting all of this. I believe I could eat pretty well and keep it around 1,000 or a little over. My vote is that if you are using an HRM and know how many calories you burned, then yes, eat them back! If not, then I would eat some back, but not all, since MFP usually overestimates calories burned. I DO eat my exercise calories.

I still eat the same foods I love, if that's what you mean, and just practice portion control. Some things I definitely have more than 1 serving of.

1260 is VERY low. I would exercise and eat those calories.

I'm about to turn 43 next week, I eat back my calories and its working fine for me. I feel MUCH better than when I first started and had this same mindset.

I wear mine for water aerobics, it is the FT4 also. You can wear it in the pool, just don't push any buttons in the water. Have fun!

I've learned that I DON"T have to starve myself to lose weight. I can still have all of the things that I love, and the weight will still come off!

Sorry, but I have ice cream every night. It's one cup now, instead of the big bowl that I used to have in the past. I'm confused about this too. I was measured and used the Tanita body composition analyzer, and it told me my BF% was 47.8%, but when I used the Military Calculator on Fat2Fit it gave me a BF % of 56.4 (ouch!) That's a big difference!

My Mom told me I could lay eggs. I would sit on the floor cross-legged, and flap my wings "bawk, bawk" and when I would get up, there would be an egg behind me! I always wondered why the eggs I lay were brown when we visited by Grandma's farm :blushing:

I go to Zumba class 3 times a week and its my most favorite form of exercise! I burn 400-550 calories for 55 minutes usually. It's so much fun!

I really like turkey pepperoni! My husband ate it a couple of times and didn't know it was turkey until I told him.
