I make sure I have calories left to have a snack right before bed!

You've gotten some great advise so far. I just want to chime in....don't make it harder than it has to be. You don't have to go give up all of the things you love to lose weight. You DON"T have to starve yourself. That is one thing that I've learned this time, that has helped me stick with it. You will have good days, you…

I know that I'm going to have an evening snack and plan it into my day.

If you like creamy dressings, check out Bolthouse or Marie's Yogurt dressings. Both delicious!

I eat dinner around 8 PM, have a snack at midnight, and then go to bed. So, I guess its when I'm sleeping :)

I have 2 eggs for breakfast usually at least 5 days a week. I love eggs!
-
I try to do this most of the time. If I can plan out a few days, or a week, even better. Of course sometimes small changes need to be made, but it really does help.

Keep that attitude and you will go far! You can do it!

Super proud of you Chele! So glad to have made your friendship and watch your transformation! You earned this!!

Yeah, I fell once...wasn't fun. FuNNY, yes. Fun...not so much.

No....just no.

You've been given some good advice. I thought less calories was the way to go too, but thankfully I listened, otherwise I would have given up long ago. You do NOT need to starve yourself to lose weight. Eat more!

Thanks for sharing, I'll check it out!

Since its Customer Appreciate month Subway is giving the cold cut combo, meatball, or veggie six inch for $2. I got the veggie, brought it home, and put my own chicken on it. Reasonably healthy AND cheap, double score!

I have the Polar FT4 also. You can get it on Amazon for about $60 right now, with free shipping I think.

Have you tried Zumba? I rarely get bored with that.

My dog barks at garden tools. If you leave them laying around she'll bark at them, and drag them all over the back yard. Yeah, I don't know. Oh, she also barks if anyone hugs. She's pretty weird but we love her :)

Pretty much every day: lemons eggs turkey bacon soup of some form sunflower seeds and I eat plain greek yogurt with PB too!

The Rainbow looms or similar sets are very popular right now. I ordered some for my daughter and nieces. Do a google search for rubberband looms or something like that, and you should be able to find good deals. I think I paid like $18 for 3 of them.

Welcome Sarah! You have come to the right place, and it sounds like you have the right attitude! You can do this, best of luck to you!

You should be so proud!! You look great, and so happy!!

Just starting is the hardest part.

I started at 322 pounds. It does NOT happen overnight, but if you keep at it, it will happen! I'm glad that you said 1800 calories, that is doable and a goal that you can stick to. You've come to the right place!

I don't eat white rice everyday, but if I wanted to, I could. Yes.

No surgery here.

You've come to the right place! It sounds like you have the right attitude. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll get there!

Amazing! Thanks for sharing!

It does. My appendix burst last October, and then I got an incision hernia and had that repaired in June. Both times when I was recovering, I got lazy about watching what I ate, and just ate whatever the heck I wanted. I got back to the gym about a month ago now I guess, but I'm about 12 pounds up from my lowest weight…

I'm having this same problem, with the FT4! A video on Youtube made it look so easy to open the back! Just twist it with a nickle. Nope! I drove to the mall today to a watch repair shop. They've changed the battery in my HRM watch in the past and he tried and tried and couldn't get it open. I guess I'm going to have to…

Excedrin should help. It has caffeine in it.
