I would rather have a bag of chips and a bowl of dip than any meal out there. Can't have it!! I used to really have an ice cream addiction but I can make do with Skinny Cows and the Snickers mini bars, and I'm okay. Way better than the big bowl I used to have!

I used to hardly drink any water. When I started here a little over a month ago, I had to make myself drink water. Now I crave it and am thirsty more. I do drink a couple of bottles of green tea a day too though.

We just had shrimp boil for dinner tonight. Boil small whole red potatoes in a big pot of water, with Louisiana Shrimp and Crab boil. That's one thing I've been wondering about too. My friend lost over 100 pounds, and has a lot of excess skin on her arms, but she did it through the lap band, so I believe she lost faster, if that makes a difference.

Have you tried the Skinny Cow peanut butter and chocolate crisps? They're really good for 110 calories. They also have the 90 cal Fiber 1 brownies, but I haven't had those yet so, I can't give my opinion on those. The Hunt's sugar-free chocolate pudding is good for 80 calories. I'd really like to try those noodles I hear everyone talking about. I don't think I've seen them in the store. Can you find them in grocery stores, or just online? We don't have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's here, just HEB and Walmart!

I recently started using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter lite, and I was really surprised at how good it tastes. 45 calories in a TBS and 5 grams of fat.

I'm always tempted to weigh daily, but I resist, since I don't think it shows the true picture, and I don't want to get down on myself. I just weigh once a week.

I plan for it too. I've gotten into the habit of having something sweet most every night, which is probably a big reason I'm at the weight that I am. Now I've just made better choices. Skinny Cows are great, and I enjoy the sugar-free Hunt's pudding cups.

HI there, welcome! I'm fairly new but I have to have some chocolate too. I eat the sugar-free chocolate puddings, by Hunts for 80 calories, and Skinny Cow has some new candy's out, they have a peanut butter and chocolate bar that is 110 calories, that is delicious. Hope that helps!

I like to cut the chicken into cubes, and coat with Franks Hot Sauce, put it on skewers and grill. Yum! Almost as good as hot wings!
