I try to eat at the LEAST 100 grams of protein a day.

I'm 43. Of course, I have a lot more weight to lose than you do, but its working so far.
-
I think it is normally older people, but I say give it a try and see how you like it. The intensity of the class depends on the instructor!

Do you like grits? They have a lot of iron.

2 egg whites and some fruit isn't a good sized breakfast. I would be starving too! You don't have to starve yourself.
-
it doesn't matter what time you eat, unless it makes you have a hard time sleeping. I eat my last snack of the night about midnight when I get off work, and I go to bed an hour later.

Sorry, I really don't know how to log it, other than use a heart rate monitor with a chest strap and enter the calories it says. Last week during Body Pump I burned 397 calories. This week was a different workout and I burned 324.

I'm 43. Feeling better than I have since my 20's!
-
I would take the sure thing. Give me that million!

Eat when you want, just stay within your calorie goals for the day. I eat dinner at 8:30 PM , and have ice cream at midnight right before going to bed.
-
Yes! I just got back from Zumba! I go 3 times a week, its so much fun! I usually burn over 500 calories for an hour long long class, according to my heart rate monitor.
-
Don't make it harder than it needs to be.
-
I don't know about DVD's but you can find a lot of Zumba videos on Youtube if that's an option for you.
-
I think that would depend on you, and your calorie goals for the day. I eat 400-500 calories for breakfast most days I plan on exercising. A little over 300 on rest days.

The first was when I was 15 World Class Wrecking Crew, UTFO, and Roxanne Last was 2 weeks ago, Adam Lambert.

Looking great lady!! Keep it up you're doing awesome!
-
Sorry, I measure and weigh my food unless I'm somewhere that I can't.
-
You can tell by looking at my diary that I pretty much eat what I want. I do try to make sure that my protein and fiber are up there where they should be, but I eat what I like, within my calorie goals.
-
I put my strength training calories under cardio, and just enter the total calories I've burned on my heart rate monitor.

It goes on at my gym too. I usually just go work on something else until their done with what I need, but it cane be aggravating. Just 3 or 4 of them standing around one person who is working out, talking.
-
That's awesome!! wtg! Of COURSE it's just as important to us :-)

I do lift weights! So I'm hoping that when I've lost more weight it will help. I feel the muscles under there..lol

I've had several, but I think the worst, and the one that prompted me to join MFP, was the horseback riding incident. My daughter LOVES horses, but has only been able to ride them a couple of times. I always loved to ride horses, but hadn't been on one in years. I was so excited to take her horseback riding, along with my…

If you're truly not hungry, one day isn't going to hurt you. I wouldn't let it become a habit to be that far under though. Your body needs the fuel, especially if you're exercising. You want to lose fat, not muscle, right?
-
I decide what we're having. If my kids let me know that they really like something, then I may try to have it a little more often.
-
I know what you mean! I swear my stomach hangs lower now than it ever did before. I am hoping that since I'm trying to lose it slower that it will help in the end. I keep plugging along, hoping it will get better :-)

My advice is don't make it harder than it needs to be. This doesn't need to be a race. So many people think they have to hurry up and lose the weight. You don't have to eat 1200 calories to lose weight. Find some exercise that you like to do, and eat! I think the people that have figured that out seem to stick with it…

I do like PB2, but I don't think I'd like it on a sandwich. I do like it mixed in with plain Greek yogurt, and a little splenda, or in oatmeal. If I was going to have a sandwich, I'd have the real stuff.
-
I eat my dinner at about 8:30 PM, and eat my ice cream most nights at midnight, when I get off work. Your body doesn't care what time you eat.

Do you like to dance at all? I do Zumba 3 times a week, and its so much fun, the time passes quickly. I also take BP meds, but my heart rate is still up there at a little over 160 for a good bit of the time. Also, if your gym has Body Pump classes, they are good for cardio, but you're also incorporating the weights. I…
