Always do it first in the am, buck naked, before you've had anything to drink or eat. Personally, I find the scale ordeal too much for me, it sets me to a miserable start to my day, so I just go by how my clothes feel and keep working out hard!

Well I worked out yesterday, and then my hubby discovered one of my kids left our freezer open. So I had to cook a buffet! And ate terribly! So My hubby and I went for a 3 mile walk after supper. Mine definitely got worse! Especially with a Husband and 4 kids pushing all the buttons! I've been on Effexor now for several years. I call them my happy pills and will not go off them till I'm done all this crap! Why do we women get the short end of the stick?:huh:

HRM are a must! I have the Polar F11 I too got off ebay. More pricey but it's great. The f7 would be great too. Go with Polar though, I have had a few and it seems to be the best.
