My settings are okay, although I don't want to step on the scale-HATE that thing! Just going by what it said not long ago. It's starting to show draining battery, could that be it I wonder? I've heard this complaint often! I read an orticle in one of the fitness mags, and it said it was from improper form when using the machine. Must be looking straight ahead, with back straight and not leaning on the equipment. Shoulders back, abs tight, chest up, blah, blah. To me it's hard enough to the exercise for that…

When you set your weight loss diary, it takes off those many cals you need to lose the weight you want to in a week. Therefore, you get to eat the extras! Don't scrimp too much, your muscles need the energy to grow. Now just to get myself moving-and not towards the fridge-and I'll be laughin!

Oh, I'm 143.4-did the last chance workout with the show last night at the gym. I know I missed the chart. I'll try to remember on Mondays it's weigh in, right.

Taradise-prunes, metamucil, lots of water. I never realized that the whey protein drinks would be the blame, but of course-cheese! I hear ya-the worst is stepping on the scale seeing your weight up too.

I need to start this. And definetly need support. Been to "rehab" twice now and did great for a few months, then relapsed. So here I am again. Several pounds up and all because of aweful sugar-and I know all the bad affects it has on the body! I WILL START TODAY! :noway:

I have my sugar/eating evenings issues that I need help with, but one thing you can try to break over your plateau is lifting weights with a different amounts of reps and heaviness of the weight. At least 3-4 x per week. Switch things up. Different exercises, types, in different order.…

Hey guys-you're very motivating! Worked 16 hours yesterday with OT. Nusing shortages and sick babies, especially withdrawing from drugs-our unit is full of them! Anyway, the puppy let me sleep in, so I'm gonna head to the gym. Eating, ummmm-could be better, but could be A LOT worse! Have a good one! Kath

Having a hard time getting motivated these days-it's always tomorrow. Back at work for 12 hour shifts, not much energy to do anything after. I'll see where the car takes me....hopefully not to Walmart for sugar!
