My week is so screwed up, because i was gone for the beginning of the week. I forgot it was Friday - I will weigh tomorrow & send my numbers to you then

finished w2d3 this morning, leaving for camping today will be gone til monday...be back on track then

I myself have gained two pound 191.5, I also am leaving for camping today for four days...so i will check in when i get back...congrats to all who lost & keep pushing to those of us who have had gains, changes will happen & losses will come

did w2 d2 today, felt stronger - so when i was done i went back & did week 1 again - think it helping my strength keep pusing through everyone!!!!!!:flowerforyou:

did week one again tonite, felt like doing extra, plus maybe it will help me get completely through week 2 tomorrow- gotta build my upper body strength. Keep up the good work everyone & keep pushing through!!

Thanks ladies! I did not do 30D shred before, couldn't find it in the stores. I went back to week 1 today for a few more days - will try to do some extra planks moves throughout the day.

ok I tried to do w2 d1 this morning, omg! I do not have upper body strength, the plank position exercises are hard! I am wondering if I should stay in week 1 for a few more days??
