Scale Crushers Weekend Challenge! (Edit post)
Posted on 08/05/2011 by mrscjwilson
Hi folks! Thanks so much for all of your effort and input today on the challenge, some said it was hard, some thought it was not so difficult, hopefully we have enough variety to keep everyone motivated and pushing forward. Please remember your input and Ideas are very much appreciated and needed, also if you would like to have a day to create the challenge reach out to me and we can make that happen for sure!
Im posting this the the day before so that everyone can get a start on there weekend! I would like to keep the weekend challenges fun and different mixed with your regular workout regimen...so for this weekend your challenge for both Saturday and Sunday will be:
Start you day with 8oz of water
Park your car in the farthest possible parking spot when going out anywhere
When checking your mailbox run/speedwalk to the mailbox and back do not stop moving even while opening the box
Play a game of hopscotch or jumprope with a child kid
Give a small child a piggy back ride while doing 25 squats
Do 50 arm curls with lunges while holding water bottles/weights/ a small pet or something.
From your front door sprint to the corner on your left come back to the house and sprit to the corner on your right (try to beat your own best time)
75 crunches
75 jumping jacks
75 Jump twist (jump in the air and twist at the waist while holding arms out horizontally to the left then the right)
60 second plank
Dance for 15mins or 3 songs non stop to fast pace music
15 pushups
End your day with 8oz glass of water!
(BELOW) I found this excerpt about LIBRA'S and I want us to prove this image of us wrong this weekend! lets work up a sweat in our very own unique way!!!
"Most typical Libras are not overly fond of vigorous, sweaty exercise. This offends their preference for a harmony of the senses. Whever exercise they do, it must enable them to stay relatively neat and unruffled."
