The app Bodybuilding is really good, I was feeling the same way at the the gym. One suggestion i hired a trainer took some lesson's that helped me out alot. Now i give her my exercise book and she re does it for me every 2 weeks, for a small amount of money. Lori

I do different muscles groups , Ihave a trainer she makes my work out routines for 2 weeks at a time . I do enter ther amounts of weighte, reps and pounds i lift, but it never shows any calories burned. Im thinking it only shows calories burned for cardio. Lori

Hello my name is Lori I really could use some advice .I have the Fitbit also I wear mine daily I work allday desk job, I belong to the gym . Now here is my question. I do 15 minutes cardio(elliptical)then I do 45 minutes free weights, then 10 minutes walking on treadmill. I do log my free weights & my food ,do I still put…
