Heart Rate Moniters
I just started to use a Heart Rate Moniter, I love it . But i have a question do i stay in the Fat Burning Zone ? Or in the Fitness zone. I m trying to lose this last 7 pounds. Then i want to set a new goal of another 10 pounds. Any ones help would be greatly appreciated.

Im looking to buy a heart rate moniter, any ideas of what kind i should purchase ? Is there such a moniter tthat will keep track of calories burned during weight training? I do weight training days a week and cadio days . Im looking for something to that can do both. Is there such a item?

How to put a recipe in
My question is this how can i put a recipe in?I got the recipe of Sparks People, so i have all nutritonal information.Just need to enter the name of the meal ,calories, protein,carbs ,fiber, ect. . I would think there would be away to do this with out having to make the recipe.Thanks in advance for anyones help. Lori

Lifting Weights
I have a question i lift weights (strength training) i log my routines into MFP but it doesn't show any calories burned. Am i doing something wrong? I do weights 5 days a week . I do cardio also that shows calories burned, Thank you for your help Lori
