I just started to use a Heart Rate Moniter, I love it . But i have a question do i stay in the Fat Burning Zone ? Or in the Fitness zone.
I m trying to lose this last 7 pounds. Then i want to set a new goal of another 10 pounds. Any ones help would be greatly appreciated.

No, go for the fitness zone. While the fat burning zone may burn a higher percentage of fat, overall, it's burning far less fat because you're burning fewer calories. For example (totally made up numbers here), if you burn 70% fat in the fat burning zone, and burn 100 calories, 70 of those come from fat. In the fitness zone, say you do the same amount of time and burn 200 calories. But the fitness zone only burns 50% fat. You just burned 100 calories of fat instead of just 70.
Again, totally made up those numbers, but that's the gist of it.0
