Losing my will power

I have been logging for 75 days now and i am really frustrated, i lose a couple pounds then to gain it back. I believe i eat fairly well my diary is open to my friends. I do weight training 3 days a week along with cardio 3 days on the alternate days . My calories are set at 1300 , I have been told you need to eat your calories from exercising back. Any one have some kind of idea what im doing wrong ?

Have you done measurements or taken photos? Perhaps you're losing inches, but not lbs... Measurements and pictures help when this happens...0

I have lost some inches , but trying to lose this last 7 pounds is really difficult. Been trying for 75 days ugh.0

I'm trying to lose those last 11 pounds - its hard! I've been eating under 1400 cals per day for over a year, I do have my days where I have fallen off the wagon, like today for instance! I haven't gained any weight back that I have lost - just staying the same!0

Well im having a better attitude today, went to he gym feeling better about myself. Talked to one of the girls at the gym im going to lower my protien, fat and carbs fors 2 weeks and see what happens. Have a healthy day everyone. Thank you for your support.0

I'm not near goal yet, but i've been down before, and even now i struggle sometimes for a few months with the same 10 lbs...up down up down. I'm glad you feel better, because as one of my MFP friends, it really is about persistance and switching things up and being patient. All of which i am not. Easy to lose willpower. But you stuck with it, found some new ideas, hopefully these will help you get those last stubborn pounds off! Good luck.0

It has taken me since Jan 2nd to lose 11.5 lb!!! but the tape measure is my friend (lost 3 inches off my waist and hips!) I too have only 6lb to lose and they seem to not want to budge!!! I will keep at it but I can really empathise with how you are feeling x you can add me if you want so shared support x0
