Help with my macos

Anyone willing to help me figure out my macros? I have been using MFP for about a year now. I log everything I eat i don't log my water .I drink lots of water daily & some green tea. I work out 6 days a week 3 days wieghts & 3 days cardio. I loose a few pounds then to gain it back,i have lost some inches. I have had my thyoid checked and it is fne. If anyone has some ideas i would really appreciate it. I eat pretty healthy daily but i do have some bad days ,but not to often. I do not drink much alcohol.
Should i start MFP all over ??
