Hello everyone! I am new here and have a couple questions! Did anyone have trouble getting to the stage of Ketosis? I have been trying and wondering if I am to high with my carbs? I allow myself 20-25g, but is there something else that I could do to help? Any advice is appreciated!!! Thank you! :smiley:

Just finished Phase 1 today! So far no weight loss, but I do feel a little stronger and that is encouraging!!! Thinking I am going to really start hard on upping my weights to all 8 pounds. Excited to start the next Phase!!!!!

Day 4 of Week 2 done! Haven't seen any scale change, but love the workout! Not real strict with my diet, even though I know I should be and that I would have more success if I did. Still eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks, try to really eat plenty of protein. I do feel like I am getting stronger and my balance is improving!…

Day 6 of Kickstart......Cardio done! Just need to do a pm cardio now! Absolutely love this workout! Did measurements on April 7th, which would of been Day 4, so anxious to take them again at the end of each phase!

Day19 30DS, level 1, with 3 Circuits of NMTZ! Felt so good when I finished! Got pretty shaky during the end of the second video, but felt so good since I didn't get a workout in over the weekend.

Day15, 30DS, Level3..... Complete. Workout went well, still sore from Saturday's NMTZ. Scale not moving, either way, but not doing any extra cardio. Noida have lotsbof basketball right now so trying to fit everything in.

Day14,NMTZ....complete! Was definitely a good feeling to get thru this workout after being sick I could tell I'm still a little weak from the cold I had, but felt darn good to sweat!
