I managed to do 20 burpees in a row with pretty good form yesterday in my circuit class, after a number of other stations.

This morning I did C25K D3 W2, at lunch time I'll be going to a circuit class at the gym, and tonight after work I've got dancing - 45 mins of ballet, 30 mins of pointe and an hour of musical theater! I think I'll be wrecked tomorrow!!

I have a few! My first is that I might never reach my goal weight, that perhaps it's too low and unattainable. My second is that once I get there I still won't be happy with my body. And my third is putting weight back on, because I want to be able to enjoy life and all it had to offer, but be healthy too.

Me! My wedding is on the 10th November 2012 (10-11-12) and I want to lose another 10kg or so, not only so I look great in my wedding dress, but so I look hot on the beach in Thailand for my honeymoon! ;)

I'm trying to lose another 10kg before my wedding in November next year. I started off around 70kg in September last year, I'm just under 60kg now, and I want to get down to around 50kg, get rid of my belly fat and wobbly thighs and tone up so I'll look hot in my bikini on the beach in Thailand on my honeymoon!

I'm about to do the 20 minute run for the first time and I'm dreading it! I see the number of minutes that I have to run for and I don't think I can do it, but it's great to hear that other people have felt this way and it wasn't as hard as they thought it would be! I hope I can say the same thing after tomorrow night!

It does work for iPhone. I saw this thread, updated my app and I've spent the last 10 minutes going around my office scanning all the things that people have with barcodes! Lol. You just have to get the barcode in the frame and it should automatically focus and scan it for you...

I started it a few weeks ago, and I'm up to week 3. It gets hard someties, but you just have to push through it! I can't wait to be able to run for 30 minutes non stop! Good luck on your C25K journey. :)
