I log my walking as I generally walk 3.5 - 4mph everytime. I don't dawdle. :P and it feels like a workout, even 20 minutes to the supermarket! Housework I don't log generally unless I'm doing a big clean through the whole house which doesn't happen often, just little bits here and there.

I'm in hairdressing and music so its not a problem for me as it's all about fashion/image. I've had jobs that wouldn't let me show them and some that didn't care. To me it's not worth getting in an arguement over, if an employer sees you as a lesser person because you have tattoos then they aren't worth working for.

I just smile and take it with a pinch of salt. I know where I want to be and a passing comment isn't going to change my mind. Determination and motivation will get you where you want to be. Don't let people tale that away from you. Good luck x

40lbs lost and I always get cold. Find myself wrapping up in jumpers and hoodies, even under my coats when I go out, which I never used to do!

I'm on 1640 and sometimes that's not enough. :huh: Make sure you're set to 'lightly active' (not everyone is completely sedentary, you must move around a bit everyday right?) and to lose 1lb a week. You'll have more calories to play with.

No but they don't have to eat what I want to eat. It used to be a problem because I never had the same meals etc. but they've got used to it now and actually try and encourage me to eat better when I'm having bad days.

Probably not strictly. I will still use MFP to keep me on track every now and then but I know that already the amount of time I've spent here that I can eat healthily and not log.

Pretty good. Workout 4-5 times a week, 1hr aerobic dance follwed by 30mins pilates. Just got to stop smoking and I think my physical condition will improve dramatically.

I'm on the same and I can agree! My cravings are uncontrollable on the off days! I can fend them off until the day before TOM arrives then there's no holding back to how much food I can eat! I don't think it has stopped me losing at all though.
