I eat 4 pieces of bread on most days (if I have toast for breakfast then a sandwich for lunch) and loads more carbs on top (wholemeal and wholewheat is best!) I have always and still continue to lose weight! Stick to your macros and everything will be fine. It's moderation!

I still drink, never stopped. It does slow my weightloss, especially if I drunk consecutive weekends but its more the food choices I make when I've had a couple that really slows me down! If it fits in your daily goals then enjoy your glass of wine on an evening! :)

I always wondered the same but after dropping some of the extra weight I realised that if I keep pushing then I can have shorts/skirt worthy legs by summer! :D Just gotta keep going! You'll see a difference sooner than you think! :)

I have leggings, skinnys (which are my favourite!), bootcut, boyfriend and capris. No particular brands but I do love jeans from Next (UK) They are such a nice fit!

I'm a singer so I eat light/high energy during the day but not too close to gig time. I have one or two drinks (JD and diet coke usually) but stick to water for the majority of the night. :) I am pretty good on gig nights, I'm generally too busy to worry about food/drink too much. :P

I've lost 40lbs and know I look good and get lots of compliments but I do get that feeling a lot of the time. I'm trying to convince myself that it is all in my head and I should be happy with what I have achieved. :)

I usually have vodka or rum with a diet mixer. Used to be a heavy wine drinker but realised it was stalling my weight loss by quite a substantial amount.
