I wear leggings a lot but always with a top, tunic or skirt that at least covers my butt. Do girls not understand how unnattractive and tacky seeing your underwear through your leggings is! No matter what size they are! Ew!

How do you track your exercise? Is it through MFP estimations or HRM estimations? Either way, you're eating almost all, if not all somedays, of your exercise calories back on your weekdays. Along with that you are over by 700-800 calories three days in a row over the weekend just gone, which is killing your weekly deficit.…

This. Depends on the occasion. Left for formal, right for casual.

I'm a UK size 10 with 25% body fat... I'm not anywhere near 'thin', 'skinny' or what I would consider fit and normal. (A flat stomach and nice toned thighs and arms would be nice  ) My body has the potential to be a lot smaller and fitter (as does everyone's). I'm aiming to be UK size 6 - 8. Yet my friends and family…

Breakfast - Cheerios and a cup of tea. Lunch - Ham salad sandwich with a pack of crisps. Snack - Egg mayonnaise on crackerbread with a cup of tea. Dinner - Tomato soup with 2 slice of wholemeal bread. + water and one more tea after my walk! :) ETA: Rather boring day today, this is my menu when my OH is at work all day. I…

I've had to cut it out of my plan again as it really has slowed me down recently!

I've found it best to set MFP to sedentary and have Fitbit add the extra calories you burn. Otherwise you're adding extra calories on the MFP side of things?! I average 12,000 step a day and on my very active days (17-20k+ steps a day) I'm burning 500-700 calories extra. My MFP is set to 1400 calorie intake + whatever…

Sounds awesome! Sent my e-mail for an invite!

I love food so a lot of things are worth it most of the time. McDonald's however, is not. How did I ever eat that crap before?

This worries me that people do this. A hairdressing colleague I know developed breast cancer from holding her hairdryer under her left arm while blow drying hair at work. It's something to do with the stimulation of cells in that area by phone/hairdryer etc. I would never risk it, since everything else in the world is also…

Well after I posted here the other day saying how hard I've tried to get a job... I got offered one this morning!! :D :D Hard work and persistence is all you need if you really want a job! I'm so excited! And it means I might even be able to go to University next year (or the year after!) as I can now fund myself! :D :D

Great post! :)

Cheese! I eat it every day.

Calorie deficit, cardio and core workouts. I've been working on this for the past couple of weeks and had some promising results! It's not gone but it's getting smaller! :D
-
Thank you :) It's all I can do! It's so easy to give up but then that gets you no where. And that's the main reason I kept my two little 'jobs' that I do every week because I think if I didn't have those then it would be so easy to give up! I'm currently waiting to hear from a job so *fingers crossed* I get good news! It's…

I'm 23, been technically unemployed for almost a year. I am in a college salon one day a week hairdressing and I volunteer at a school one afternoon a week and assist in running their art club. I have drive, I have ambition, I'm smart in appearance and intelligent. I have good references. I work and stress my butt off…

On a normal day, without shower, I'm ready in 10 minutes. Brush hair, apply mascara, put on clothes & shoes, make sure all essentials are in handbag then off I go!

They will go silvery and almost not visible at all. Most people have them so don't be self concious about them.

Walking! I have a neck/spine problem and this actually helps me when I'm hurting bad.
-
My main form of exercise! I walk 5+ miles a day. :) Start off with 30 minutes at a steady pace and build up. Walking is a quick build up too so you'll be able to add more and more quite quickly. It's such an enjoyable way to exercise!

I wear my glasses 99% of the time under strict orders from my boyfriend... :smokin:

Love this thread!

Like the above posters said, try and keep busy! & hot tea works amazingly.. .. But as I found out today, it works better with chocolate... and last night the chocolate went well with wine so I know how hard it is to stay on track! Sometimes you just can't control it no matter how hard you want to so I totally sympathise!

I'm a girl IN a band, I usually get asked which of the guys I'm with before we play and hanging around, the shock on their faces when I pick up a bass and start singing is priceless. I get a lot of guy interest but I'm with the drummer. My brother is the guitarist and doesn't get much female attention either. I think my…

I have something healthy to fill me up and then treat myself to what I'm craving after. Chocolate is on the menu tonight :D

I think when you first start it is easy to obsess but it helps it become a habit that you become more accustomed to and eventually you will relax a little. I've really got to put my head down now and start obsessing a little more to lose these last few pounds of mine!!

No thanks! My guy's a sexy surfer with broad shoulders, strong arms and smooth skin. :3 Perfect!
-
Above posters were right, she's still making a point that a woman's self worth is based on her appearance.

Their previous adverts had an overweight man, as well as Johnny Vegas as the voice over, who is also overweight. Maybe they're trying to change their sales tactic and having a sporting star such as Freddy Flintoff in their adverts will appeal to fit and overweight men alike. Someone that people aspire to be, see…
