Maybe they just wanted to encourage more people to be healthy by hiring these more athletic guys in their advertisement? They're big guys so will need bigger clothes as well, XL sizes aren't just for overweight people. Fit people who buy these clothes may not want to buy from a company who make bigger clothes if they just…

I just got a One, as above, you can wear anything and hide it somewhere so you can keep track all the time!

I just got gifted a beautiful set of loose teas from Fortnum and Mason. (Yes, I'm such a serious tea drinker that people gift me posh tea!) Currently enjoying a lovely Royal Blend. It's gorgeous.

If you restrict it will ultimately lead to binging and the end of your diet. This should be a sustainable lifestyle change. If it fits in your daily allowance eat anything you want! You want extra pizza or some chocolate? Go work for it to earn extra calories! :)

Do you have a food scale and do you weigh all your food? If you don't then you should start doing that as you could still be eating more/less than you think, it's easy to over/under estimate. There's no good and bad food, it's all food. You just have to learn what better suits your goals and fits in with your day. Do you…

I used to love tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar, I just tried drinking it without the sugar and now I love it. Can't touch a cup of tea with sugar or sweetner in it, tastes soooo much better, you appreciate the flavour of tea way more. You'll find the more sugar you cut out the less you will eat or add to things. I barely eat…

Grilled chicken with salad (top with red onion, tomato, olives, anything you fancy), no dressing and some fruit after?

All you need for weightloss is to eat less, move more. Work on your calorie deficit, concentrate on eating healthy foods, try adding exercise you enjoy. Use Fat2Fit Radio's BMR calculator, just type it into Google, it will come right up. It estimates your daily calories based on your stats and what you want to lose and…

It took me a year to lose 10lbs, I still stuck at it though, as any progress even if its slow, is progress! Don't rush it, just sit back, enjoy your healthy lifestyle and if results happen then its a bonus! :D

I drink regularly and do find that in times where I don't drink my weightloss is more significant. When I first started here I cut it out completely and lost a lot of weight with diet and exercise. Started adding it back in and now I'm too quick to reach for a drink when I need to fill extra calories. My weightloss is very…

My neck/back problem causes headaches at the base of the skull around to the temples. Mine is set off mainly by exercise, could also be related to posture. Definitely go to the doctors as it could be any of the above things mentioned.

Men don't like a nag. For your relationship's sake, you should stop. You can't make people eat better either, that's on them.

My first car was a 2001 citreon Saxo, it was ideal for town driving but it wasn't in great condition. It was a fun little car though. My boyfriend's first car was a 2001 Nissan micra, got it for £300, it was a heap! We didn't think it would last a month, its lasted forever! We're now looking at Mazda or Audi for a…

I'm 23 and still at home. It's near impossible in England to find full time employment to afford a place of my own on a single income. Boyfriend and I both work part time, however, still not enough not even to rent as that's just as expensive, if not more than, a mortgage. We are saving however because if money was no…

Yeah, I was just thinking. OP does not have a healthy relationship with food to compare something perfectly healthy like bread to having an allergy. I'm sorry but binging does not kill you. Binging is often associated with restriction. I binge less if I don't restrict myself to things I love, infact I'm so sick of pizza…

Going to check this out on YouTube. Walking is my primary exercise so this might be interesting. :)

This is supposed to be lifestyle change, don't deprive yourself of food you love! Learn to fit things into your calorie allowance. Exercise is important for health and toning but not so important for weigtloss. Try working on your diet first without the pressure of exercise, start to add that in once you start losing! :)…

You look fantastic! That dress is amazing too! :D

Are you and your sisters also helping your mum out since you also live there? I don't think you can say anything if you aren't. How do your sisters feel about it? Do they feel the same as you? It's kinda sad that a grown man is living off his aunty, I can see why his step father threw him out. If he isn't going to find a…

I have arthritis in my spine which affects some of my nerves too. I can't do any exercise of any real intensity so limited to walking, pilates, yoga. Really gentle stuff, obviously that affects my weight loss sometimes as I would just love to do something like Insanity or even just lift! I used to play badminton and even…

If you're logging honestly then you aren't eating enough. Also, do you weigh out/measure your food? If you aren't you could even be under/overestimating what you are eating. Heart rate monitors are also recommended for a more accurate calorie burn if you are doing higher intensity workouts. :)

I think it may be a risk as he has been unreliable in the past. It could be all talk and he may only end up upsetting you, your girls and your husband. Especially your husband as he is already not happy about the idea. It really does depend on how you feel. By the sounds of it you are quite happy how you are currently.…

Everything in moderation. Including moderation.

I used to weigh everything but I'm so used to the portion sizes of somethings now that I can just estimate. I weigh things like pasta, rice fries and things I am unfamiliar with. :)

If you open your diary then people may be able to give you a little more insight. Are you eating enough throughout the day? Is your calorie goal correct for what you need? I find that snacking comes when I don't feel satisfied. Make sure you get plenty of protein and healthy fats to keep you fuller. Everything you eat…

Unfortunately it is about reducing overall body fat through calorie deficit or like the poster above me said, lifting. It can change your body composition so you look leaner.
