You can't spot reduce but you're 99lbs, I doubt your thighs are "flabby" It's all about reducing all over body fat but unless you are under 5ft tall, I don't think you need to do anymore of that.

It's going to happen sometimes, can't avoid it forever. You won't be over your calories enough to gain weight. Pick yourself up and go back to your normal routine.

Every hangover is cured with a sausage and egg sandwich and a glass of orange juice! Grill the sausage, poach your egg and don't go crazy on the sauces but you'll feel better almost straight away.

The packs I get typically say 25g (for example) portion is... So I just weigh them with my food scale. Probably more accurate than a handful.
