I read in a fitness magazine that water is a good post workout drink but I don't want the calories so I drink crystal light.

Jullian Michael's 30 day shred and walking is my reccommendation. You should be able to burn 500 calories in an hour like that and keep up the good clean eating.

I have done it before and I am not coordinated either. I enjoyed the music so much that it didn't matter that I wasn't coordinated. I burned a lot of calories and worked up a good sweat so it does work.

Go to bed and start the day fresh tomorrow. Hope you feel better. The sleep will do you good especially since you have to get up early in the morning.

I wear the New Balance with the birkenstock insole. The are the top of the line New Balance a little pricey but they have lasted me a year and I go to the gym 6-7 days a week so they have paid for themselves. I have not have foot trouble since wearing them ofcourse I am sure losing the extra weight helped too.

Thanks for posting this. Sometimes in the evening I want a few extra steps and my husband is too tired too walk with me and it is dark. This is going to save me money and also will help to mix things up. Happy Healthy fit New Year.

my favorite instructor at my gym does both. Last week she had us jump rope for 60 seconds. My heart rate was soaring.

I wear a heart rate monitor and log it in as circuit training.

I probably won't log dinner as I will be home late and as somebody else said it is hard to log when you don't know what is in the food but I do plan on working out a couple hours before going to my sister in laws house.

remember too that muscle weighs more than fat. Sometimes you can lose body fat and that means you gain muscle.

I am surprised you felt bloated and fat after eating Subway. They have so many healthy options. Anyway don't beat yourself up. As you said "Tomorrow will be a better day"

We just have to take it in perspective I think. I actually had an aerobics instructor who taught step class last Monday ask me if I burned 600 calories in 2.50 hours in a week in her step class and she figured class burned 400-600 calories. I had added my treadmill and weights to the step class instead of breaking…

Your best bet is to use a heart rate monitor. I burn about 225 calories in 30 minutes. I am a 53 year old female. It does depend on your metabolism and how much you put into it. I hope this helps.
