BUMP! I am 25 years old, 180 and would like to get down to about 120-130 (I am 5'4). The best shape of my life I was at 118 with a rock hard body. Since turning 21 I discovered my love of booze, I am also a huge foodie so the weight has really crept on. Some pretty intense hardships made me comfort eat my way up to where I…

I am not worried about fake sugars, aspartame, or phenylalanine I am just looking for zero or low calorie beverages
-
it helps me if i eat several smaller meals throughout the day. it keeps you from being hungry. eating a good amount of fiber will also help you feel full. i forgot to mention things like coffee, hot chocolate, and 0 calorie energy drinks can help fill you up to prevent binge eating.
-
water, water w/ lemon, tea, exercise, sleep. if you're hungry you should probably eat
-
I like hands. I don't know why.
-
The pics seem to be too big, they got cut off. You look awesome though! And yes I can tell a difference. esp in your face
-
You can't tell a woman "men only". the FIRST thing that came to my mind was "why?" and then *click* it's just one of those things where you're not supposed to / allowed to do something so all you think about is doing that thing lol
-
OOOOOHHHHHHH hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!! nice one!!
-
bump I agree. It's funny because everyone has the same amount of time in a day. It's just about what you decide to do with that time.
-
bump My youngest sister is anorexic and has been since she was 13 (3 years). It is so sad. She eats maybe 500 cal a day. sometimes nothing. She's pale and boney. But you're right. ALLLLLL the advertisements, tv shows, movies, show people who are thin. EVERYTHING is about being thin these days.
-
Yes! Anything that burns calories will help you lose weight. Downside is that it takes way longer to burn the calories. You'll also need to watch your nutrition. I would do walking mixed with maybe running/jogging, elliptical, etc to change it up.
-
on my gosh! you're as cute as a friggin button!!
-
BUMP. I like this post.
-
WOW you look awesome! Great work = )
-
BUMP! I am salivating just thinking about these. mmmmmmmmmm
-
I would need to physically see her to tell. Some people are naturally slim/thin. To me, "too thin" means bones sticking out, no body fat, and ill looking.
-
ME TOOO!!!! How freaky! Lol. I have become a bit obsessive with reaching "hundred" numbers when I work out. Like I can NOT burn only 50 or 112 or 275 calories when I work out. It HAS to be exactly "100, 200, 300" etc according to the machine.
-
heck no that's not cheating. you've done the work! It might mentally help you to actually see the progress you've made. Mine says I started at 155 but I really started at 157. I change mine to reflect how much weight I have left to go

okay I got a few funnies: 1) At the gym there is an older guy (maybe in his 40's) that is a very large fellow. He always comes in with a book, walks slowly on the treadmill reading for 10 minutes, then says "Whew!!" and leaves. 2) I was just talking about how inconvienent it is that the "D" and "S" are right next to each…

You should set your calorie goal based on your height, age, weight, and lifestyle type. If I were you I'd probably do 1800 to start with and see how you do. I am on a 1200 cal diet but I am 21 and only need to lose 30 lbs. If you cut down calories too drastically you could freak your body out. I think you COULD lose 60 lbs…

I do juicing all the time! I have noticed that celery and ginger root both have very strong tastes. I normally pair 1-2 fruits per veggie. When using ginger root, only use a SMALL amount, like the size of your thumb nail. Today I did this: carrot celery kale ginger root strawberries nectarine cucumber apple grapes I would…

p.s. my sister wanted me to add some down sides to larger chests (she is DD). harder to keep them in place when working out harder to find lumps/abnormalities stretch marks if they grow too fast saggy guys comment/point them out a lot my sis also says she looks like a skank in pretty much any top because her chest is so…

I know what you mean. Everyone is my family (including my younger sister, older sister, and mom) have D cups or bigger. I am stuck with tiny little A boobies. Well they're like A 1/2 now only because I got fatter. There are down sides to being so small (not filling out dresses in the top) but also positives. I buy cheap $5…

I feel the exact same way about belts right now. One notch is too tight, the next one is too loose.
-
I'm sure you could do that. you're working your whole body and keeping your heart rate up, so that will def burn some calories (just like running, jump roping, and swimming) it's going to be hard on your legs though. and it def won't be easy to do!
-
she never said she was giving in to her cravings. rude.
-
You'll be back to normal after a month or so. Been on BC for 6 years
-
wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. you look sooo good. SEXY! I know sure as heck I can do this too!
