yea usually after i binge thats when i thin k i look 10lbs heavier but some days I'm feel good i feel i look thinner

i have a binge day like once a week but thats not planned and i always go over board.. i had a mini one yesterday and i swore i would gain weight but i actually didn't at all :) relief !

For my body 1900 would be a binge So I think you should just eat healthy, don't over eat, only eat when your hungry and See how you go. You don't need to listen to a silly doctor who thinks they know everything just listen to yourself and your body :)

No traditional meal in our family, I had cereal yoghurt chocolate (too much ) for breakfast Lunch 2 small slices of French stick bread w ham and cheese Snack Half a small homemade cupcake, choc biscuit, mini egg Dinner Veggies, small bit of chicken kieve And an hour walk, 3 hour horse ride , doesnt sound bad on paper

Bread mainly fresh white bread is really addictivr, i cant eat about 6 pieces in one morning. Cereal i can have big bowls.. Thats my main as we dont have a lot of junk here in the house

i tried devils chocolate cake with diet coke it was very moist but very crumbly so didn't try together well. i wasted a few cakes. but i was having a binge that day and ended up eating like 5 of them, so i didn't think i saved many calories haha :/ does anyone know about many calories are in them>\?

yep pretty much once a week but i don't plan on it, i would call it more a binge day about 3000cals compared to my normal diet of around 1200 i always end up gaining and not losing the weight so personally I'm against this day!

i dont agree with not owning a scale, you can really lose track of your weight. for a while i wasn't weighing myself and when i finally did i was so shocked as i gained weight. now i weigh pretty much everyday or every second

all i do is walking, everyday but try to get a bit of running in. recently I've been walking around 1.5-2 hours a day

Almost half a jar Of nutella. 7 big slices of bread all w butter in over an hour. 5 homemade chocolqte muffins Full block of chocoate but in 2 days. 1/2 homemade banana cake

I highlY doubt its your diet as you eat enough by the looks of it. It could be stress and anxiety if you have that at all? Its most likely a hormonal imbalance, all you can do is see a doctor asap

wow you guys pay cheap.. in Australia, i dont go to the gym anymore but i did pay $55 a month that was with a year committment and cash. but generally its $60 a month for students or $80 for adults, i want to join in canada as it will be a lot cheaper when i move there next year

you don't have to eat those calories. for me no way would that help me lose weight, i think its a silly idea. if your hungry and you haven't eaten much throughout the day then eat some more. don't even worry if its 200 calories or 400. just eat until you feel satisfied, you should know your body!

theres nothing to be confused about.. in western society we eat way too much. Your body doesn't need a lot of food to survive. your food intake does however sounds low. you could easily have 3 wheatbix, and some fruit and vegetables during the day

My regular diet is great I know a lot about food but binge eating made me gain weight I had always done it but in the last year or so it has been more regular now once or twice a week so that has made me gain 20 pounds

haha no not for protein, protein is good as you know. fat and calories are fine to go over a bit, it wont really effect your weight loss

im going to stay under my calories and that doesnt include exercise calories cus eating exercise calories doesnt work

no particular foods will lose stomach fat, and it will be an all over fat loss. wen my weight was 10 kilos lower than now (god i wish i was that) but i didnt have a flat stomach, thats just my body though

protein is not expensive :S a big can of tuna is about $1.30, chicken where i live in $8.99 a kilo or you go to buchers and get it cheap... eggs are pretty cheap
