Best hang over food
What do you eat after a night of drinking? I have always looked forward to lots of water, subway, salad and fruit. I have never craved greasy food. So i did some reseach and greasy food is the worst to have as your body is wanting to absorb minterals and vitamins, thats why its best to have a healthy diet the next day.

Call me crazy
So i binged 2 days ago and after those 2 days i ate low around 800cals, my weight is still 800grams up from what it was before the binge. So could that binge have caused me to gain that amount of weight but will take maybe 3-4 days to get down to what i was before that? If that makes sense.. Thanks
