I feel like I have been binging for so good, it seems only every second day I eat well, it's horrible I'm too scared to weigh myself , I think just boredom of my life is leading me to do this, I just go to sleep early hoping for the next to come. The days I do well I dont even dare having too much junk. I don't even remember the last time I hit my calories it's either way over or under ewww. Help if you can but ultimately only I can help myself

Do you record everything, every day? Even if you're not following your plan well, it may help to find some things (like logging food and exercise) to create a normal, repetitive activity in your plan (and life) that you can have as a foundation. I know that when I'm exercising well, I do better at minding myself with my food intake because I don't want to ruin the good work I put in at the gym or whatever.

Do the things that your profile says you want to do. Just by doing those things, you may be more satisfied with your life.
Boredom can certainly trigger binging, so maybe find a little activity for every day of the week to give yourself something to look forward to. Between that and exercise, maybe your mental needs will be met so that you don't seek food to comfort your emptiness.

I am a binge eater and life is a roller coaser for me as well. I do not have an answer because when I am on a binge it is like there is someone else inside me making me do it. Keep your head up and never stop trying.

I do mainly record everything just yesterday i didnt and another day as i was too embarrassed for people to look at it and myself.. I find exercising in the morning helps. And keeps me on track. I just have to always remind myself of what im doing this for. Take it one day at time.

    Thanks though :)
