So i binged 2 days ago and after those 2 days i ate low around 800cals, my weight is still 800grams up from what it was before the binge. So could that binge have caused me to gain that amount of weight but will take maybe 3-4 days to get down to what i was before that? If that makes sense..

Thanks

It can take a few days for your body to sort itself out after a binge.

Generally bingeing is on food that produces water retention. I don't know how much you ate, so couldn't comment on whether it's sufficient to maintain a nearly 2lb gain (was it 7000 plus cals over in two days?) but if you didn't eat enough to have physically gained that much, some of it may well be water. Also consider how this fits with things like your monthly cycle.
  • Your CRAZY!!

    There, I said it.

Just get back in the rhythm and don't stress over it. It helps some people to have 1 cheat day a week, just don't go "crazy" ;)-

Well i thunk it may have been a binge close to 4000 which i dont think ive done before then the next day 700 cals, the day after 800

it's water retention, even if let's say you had a massive binge, just get back on track, no need to further cut cals to try and make up for one bad day

As others said, its mainly water retention.

Saying that, try on your cheat days not to go up to 4000 calories, if thats an accurate estimate. Thats extremely high, and a difference of 3200 calories between your diet and binge days can greatly affect your bodies metabolism and hunger
