I feel like I have had too much sugar today, about 100grams, I probably have, as well as my calories I feel I have had too many thats why I have tried to exercise more today..
I don't want what I have ate today to ruin my weight loss tomorrow as I have consumed more calories today than yesterday.
Should I still weight in tomorrow or weigh in the day after??

Thoughts?

If everything else was in check and you were only over on sugar, no biggie. If the sugar was from fruit, no biggie. Now if you went over on calories, high on sodium, sugar and everything else . . . that's a different matter.
  • I think it's best to just weigh yourself once a week and stick to it regardless of bad days. Day to day weight will fluctuate; you really just need a general downward trend.

    I agree.

I do agree with the weekly weigh in but about last year i would weigh myself everyday and that helped me
keep on track as well as motivated me.
I guess i wont weigh in tomorrow but i guess i like the feeliing of knowing.

maybe ill stick to twice a week so how that goes.

when i started gaining weight i wasnt weighing myself at all and that didnt keep me on track, i felt like
i could eat more since i wasnt weighin in. I dont know thats just me

I think weighing in everyday (but not logging it every day) is a good thing since you know what type of food you eat will make your scale go up or down. I weigh in everyday and it fluctuates between .5 - 1 lb. It's easier for me to tell what I've eaten that makes my weight fluctuate upward if I weigh in everyday.
So yeah, weigh in tomorrow and don't stress so much about it.
